With extensive experience in both fabrication and welding, Bob plays a key role in carrying out Hamilton’s larger structural projects. From sculptural installations to complex fire escapes, his dual expertise ensures each weld meets the highest standards. Bob also helps in mentoring younger team members, sharing techniques and care needed to produce durable, regulation-compliant metalwork in a fast-paced workshop environment.
