From sculptural installations to complex fire escapes, his dual expertise ensures each weld meets the highest standards. Bob also helps in mentoring younger team members, sharing techniques and care needed to produce durable, regulation-compliant metalwork in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Steve brings leadership experience and technical skill to his role as a fabricator welder. A former managing director, he now focuses his talents on delivering high-spec welding work, contributing to both everyday projects and specialist commissions such as hydropower components and artistic sculptures. His blend of management insight and workshop expertise enhances the Hamilton team.
