Meet The Team

Cole is currently undertaking a four-year, government-funded apprenticeship in metal fabrication. Working one day a week at a local engineering college and the rest in the workshop, he’s gaining practical experience under the mentorship of senior staff. Recently praised for his progress, Cole is developing practical skills in welding, cutting, and fabrication, and represents Hamilton’s ongoing investment in the next generation of skilled metalworkers.
